DESCRIPTION:Set up for the show will take place between 10am and noon. Please contact hpentney@deepriverlibrary.ca to reserve space.\nCall for local artists. Help the library decorate our program room walls for December!\nOur walls are bare during the festive December season! Help us bring beauty. We would like to offer the walls of the program room to up to 20 local artists to display and sell their work in this time of gathering and gift-giving.\nA few terms:\n\nSpace will be made available on first-come, first-serve basis. Email hpentney@deepriverlibrary.ca to book your spot.\nSet-up to take place on Monday, November 23rd 10am-12pm\nArtists are responsible for hanging their own art using the hanging system provided. Supplies will be available.\nAll items must be hung on the wall. There is no shelf or floor space available.\nThe library is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Waivers must be signed before putting up art.\nAll sales transactions must take place directly between the purchaser and artist. Library staff cannot coordinate the sales.\nArtists must make their contact information available next to their art work for the purpose of sales.\nArtists may hang additional work when a sale is made.\nAll items must be collected between January 12th and January 17th during library hours.\n\nThank you for your interest, and for sharing your talents!\n
