Margaret Macpherson is the author of nine traditionally published books including two award-winning novels, a memoir and two works of short fiction. Originally from the NWT, she has lived on both coasts as well as parts in between. Nearly four years after moving East, Margaret is grateful to call Deep River home.

This workshop is open to anyone who wants to generate a poem based on preexisting works of art. Following a brief discussion on poetic principals, participants will be invited to engage with art works, and find concrete images to express abstract ideas. Give voice to your vision.
