Art Show Set Up

Set up for the show will take place between 10am and noon. Please contact hpentney@deepriverlibrary.ca to reserve space.

Call for local artists. Help the library decorate our program room walls for December!

Our walls are bare during the festive December season! Help us bring beauty. We would like to offer the walls of the program room to up to 20 local artists to display and sell their work in this time of gathering and gift-giving.

A few terms:

• Space will be made available on first-come, first-serve basis. Email hpentney@deepriverlibrary.ca to book your spot.
• Set-up to take place on Monday, November 23rd 10am-12pm
• Artists are responsible for hanging their own art using the hanging system provided. Supplies will be available.
• All items must be hung on the wall. There is no shelf or floor space available.
• The library is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Waivers must be signed before putting up art.
• All sales transactions must take place directly between the purchaser and artist. Library staff cannot coordinate the sales.
• Artists must make their contact information available next to their art work for the purpose of sales.
• Artists may hang additional work when a sale is made.
• All items must be collected between January 12th and January 17th during library hours.
