Movie Matinee

A ‘Culture Connect’ event at the Deep River Public Library.

Join us on Wednesday, June 19th, for an afternoon screening of ‘Ru’. Based on the award winning novel ‘Ru’ by Kim Thuy. Ru is the story of the arduous journey of a wealthy family fleeing from Vietnam before landing in Quebec.

The film will start at 2pm in the Deep River Library Program Room. Doors will open at 1:45 and the space is accessible by elevator or stairway. Please ask at the front desk if you require assistance.
